Career Opportunity and Primary Roles / Responsibilities
We are looking for a Project Administrator to help engineering teams stay organized and on track while working on gas turbine control system projects.
This role does not involve technical design or engineering.
Instead, you help make sure projects are well planned, clearly tracked, and easy to follow.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Keeping project plans and schedules up to date
- Tracking progress and deadlines
- Preparing dashboards and status reports
- Making sure the team knows what is going well and what needs attention
- Helping organize meetings, reviews, and follow‑up actions
- Tracking tasks and issues in Jira
- Helping manage access to tools and project documents
- Supporting purchase requests, vendors, and timesheet tracking
- Keeping shared documents and team pages up to date
- Track and follow up on timesheets
Required Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of Jira (advanced usage preferred)
- Experience with OnePM or similar planning tools
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills for dashboards and reporting
- Comfort working with budget tracking and execution metrics
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across parallel projects

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and solution-focused
- Comfortable working with engineers and technical leaders
- Trusted to handle sensitive project and financial information
- Motivated by improving execution quality and team efficiency
Miscellaneous Requirements
- Hybrid role – it is mandatory to be in office 3 days per week (Montreal office)
- Comfortable working with confidential information
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of English is required to communicate and work with customers outside the province of Quebec. / La connaissance de l'anglais est requise pour communiquer et travailler avec nos clients situés à l'extérieur de la province de Québec.
