Position Title: Staff Accountant
Job Role: Permanent (Need to go 2-3 times in week at office) Location: Woodbridge, ON
Must Haves
3+ years of experience - administer an Account Technical Quiz CPA designation or pursuing it NetSuite experience - any ERP system would be comparable Advanced Excel Expense - using Concur, but this role wouldn't really touch on this Strong time management skills and flexibility Will work on AP/Month End, fixed assets, journal entries, sales tax work HST/GST filings would be a big asset Processing sales orders, customer invoicing
Personality
Knowing to deal with the ebs and flows of a sales team Proactive, speak up, ask questions, raise concerns, not to be scared Process improvements - has to be okay with change Working and dealing with the owners, directors and VPs
