Our U.S. Utilities Integration Program has an opening for a Senior Adviser Organizational Change Management at Enbridge! The Sr Advisor role will provide change management expertise to support all three U.S. Utilities and Wexpro as they prepare for the transition to new Enbridge tools and solutions. This role will work collaboratively with team members and key partners across the enterprise and within the U.S. to facilitate the successful implementation of key systems, while limiting disruption and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our core business.

Note: This is a fixed term, temporary role of approximately 16 months.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for developing the knowledge and understanding of current and future state processes/procedures and system functionality, to effectively support targeted stakeholders through change.
  • Use change management expertise to help design and develop engagement approaches to communicate integration progress to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for working collaboratively with the Supervisor, Change Management to implement the detailed design, development and active engagement of multi-level, two-way communication and change management plans by operationalizing the information.
  • Develop strong, credible relationships with key client collaborators.
  • Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation and anticipated resistance management tactics.
  • Gather feedback/insights from key stakeholders and affected employees to contribute to the creation of change management plans, communication message/toolkits and training needs.

Who You Are:

  • Related university degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Organizational Behaviour Psychology, Communications) and a minimum of six years directly related experience to change management OR equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation, or communications Management Professional (CMP), or equivalent would be considered an asset.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent ability to operationalize the change impacts and translate communication materials at the right audience level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications including: PowerPoint; Word and Excel
  • Strong time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, analyzing, researching, paying close attention to detail and working through ambiguity.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Management of confidential and sensitive information, with utmost integrity, trust and privacy.

Working Conditions:

  • Office environment.
  • This position will require occasional travel. A valid G license with driving record suitable to Enbridge Standards is required
  • Travel may be required within the U.S. (valid passport required)
