Receptionist (Part-time)
About the role
Applications are now being accepted for Receptionist at Holy Trinity Academy located in the town ofOkotoks, Alberta . This is a Part-time, temporary position for the 2025-2026 school year, averaging 8 hours per week and runs concurrent with the school calendar.
Reporting directly to the school principal, duties include, but are not limited to maintaining records, tracking attendance and parent follow-up, various communication responsibilities, and general office routines. The ability to work in a team environment is essential, as is attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent public relations skills and the ability to deal with multiple and changing priorities. A high level of proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required; familiarity with Power School and Google applications will be beneficial. Prior experience in a school setting as well as familiarity within the Catholic environment will be considered definite assets.
