Key Responsibilities Build and nurture relationships with individuals seeking personal and professional growth Engage with prospective learners and guide them through available education and development pathways Conduct meaningful conversations to understand goals, aspirations, and development needs Share information about learning resources, programs, events, and educational opportunities Support individuals in identifying opportunities for growth, leadership, and future success Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with prospective and existing participants Participate in regular training, mentoring, and professional development activities Leverage digital platforms and communication tools to engage with a global audience Contribute to initiatives that increase awareness, engagement, and participation in learning programs Continue developing your own leadership, communication, and growth capabilities
Requirements 7+ years’ professional experience in L&D, Education, HR, Leadership, Talent Development, Coaching, Mentoring, or similar Passionate about learning, growth, and helping others succeed Communicates confidently and builds strong relationships Is self-motivated and comfortable working independently Brings professionalism, maturity, and accountability Is open to learning new skills, systems, and ways of working Enjoys personal and professional development Thinks proactively and embraces change and innovation
