Role Purpose

We are seeking a high impact Global Sales Excellence Manager to act as a trusted business partner to Sales Leadership , using commercial analytics and CRM insights to drive stronger sales execution, forecasting accuracy, and decision making across the business.

This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy, data, and CRM , ensuring our global CRM platform delivers actionable insights , not just reporting — and becomes a core driver of commercial performance and growth.

What You’ll Do

Be a Commercial Business Partner

  • Partner closely with global and regional sales leaders to translate CRM data into clear commercial insight .
  • Provide direction on pipeline health, sales activity, forecasting accuracy, and performance trends to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Act as the go‑to expert for sales performance analytics and CRM‑driven insights.

Own Commercial Analytics & Insight

  • Define and evolve sales KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting that matter to the business.
  • Analyse pipeline quality, customer engagement, activity effectiveness, and forecast reliability.
  • Deliver Power BI analytics and executive‑level insights for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Work with BI teams to enhance data models and reporting capabilities.

Enable CRM as a Strategic Asset

  • Own global CRM performance from a business value perspective — ensuring it supports how sales teams sell.
  • Drive continuous improvement of sales processes, workflows, and data quality to improve insight accuracy.
  • Lead CRM enhancements, roadmap evolution, and adoption initiatives aligned to commercial priorities.

Drive Adoption & Enablement

  • Ensure high global CRM adoption through enablement, training, and clear value communication.
  • Establish governance and standards that protect data integrity without creating friction for users.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to align CRM usage with broader commercial objectives.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience in Sales Excellence, Commercial Analytics, or CRM Management.
  • Strong background in sales analytics, KPI design, and performance reporting .
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Dynamics, Infor CRM, or similar).
  • Advanced capability with BI and analytics tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management .
  • Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders with data‑backed insight.
  • Highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and commercially minded.
