YOUR ROLE
As a regional manager Of the MRF, you will be the engine of a territory:
- Project manager: Planning, coordination and monitoring of activities on your territory
- Business Development: Active prospecting of agricultural producers in your region
- Placement of fertilising residual materials (MRF): Valorization of available materials according to the soil needs of your agricultural customers
- Coordination: Planning of pick-ups and deliveries between generators and farmers
- Technical advice: Support for customers in their efforts, with the support of the agronomic services team
The ideal profile
- University education in agronomy, environment, agri-environmental engineering or related field OR a combination of an agricultural management technique (DTA, GTA, GTEA) and experience may be considered
- Member of the Order of Agronomists OR eligible for an agreement to monitor agronomic acts with an agronomist according to the rules of the OAQ
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the coordination and planning of projects, the transport of materials, major accounts, etc.
- Strong communication, networking, and project management skills
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements (MRF, fertilization, environment)
- Good mastery of computer tools
- Demonstrates rigor in all aspects of his work, especially in managing priorities and respecting deadlines
- Ability to coordinate a project with leadership, transparency and dynamism
- Ability to work in a team (external stakeholders, colleagues, customers)
- Ability to adapt to rapid and sometimes impromptu changes in project management
- Written and oral communication skills based on respect, diplomacy and discernment
- Oriented to the search for solutions. Demonstrate initiative
- “Field” approach
- Excellent command of the French language (spoken and written)
- Valid driver's license — frequent trips to be expected on its territory
A PLUS IF...
- You have experience in the valorization of fertilizer materials or in agricultural production
- You also master the English language
