Responsibilities
Design, implement, and optimize enterprise network and security solutions across LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall environments for our international customer in the beverage industry Own complex network and security changes from planning and technical assessment through implementation and validation Lead the execution of network configurations, design changes, migrations, upgrades, and maintenance activities in production environments while ensuring stability, performance, and security Act as the senior Tier 3 escalation point for complex network and security incidents, performing deep troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation Collaborate with customer stakeholders, internal teams, and technology vendors to manage technical escalations and deliver effective, timely solutions Maintain accurate technical documentation, change records, and implementation standards to support reliable operations and continuous improvement
Experience and Skils
5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering, including the design, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN/WLAN and network security environments Strong expertise in routing and switching, VPNs, and network troubleshooting, including technologies such as BGP/OSPF and network analysis tools Proven hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise networking, Meraki, and Palo Alto security platforms; experience with Panorama and GlobalProtect is highly desirable Experience planning and executing network changes, migrations, upgrades, and maintenance activities in business-critical environments Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to perform deep technical analysis, packet-level diagnostics, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation of complex network and security incidents Experience supporting or delivering large-scale customer projects in enterprise environments is preferred Experience with 802.1X/NAC, cloud networking, and automation/scripting is a strong plus Strong organizational skills, a structured working style, and the ability to manage priorities independently Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, and internal technical teams in an international environment Professional English is required
