We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Site Manager to join our National Remedial team. This role forms part of a specialised group that delivers complex remedial projects across Australia. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical capability, exceptional site leadership skills, and the ability to manage client relationships while ensuring safe, high‑quality project delivery.
Site Supervisor / Site Manager – National Remedial Projects The position would be based in one of our offices in Sydney NSW, Welshpool WA, Mackay Qld, Newcastle NSW, Melbourne VIC, Eagle Farm Qld and Adelaide SA.

This national role will suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is open to travelling to project locations across the country. Location is flexible depending on the successful candidate’s current residence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead site‑based delivery of remedial construction projects across Australia
- Coordinate daily site operations, subcontractors, materials, and resources
- Ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, drawings, and quality requirements
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Oversee site safety, risk management, and environmental compliance
- Report on progress, variations, and key project metrics
Support the National Remedial team on marine, façade, and industrial remediation projects
What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in Site Supervision or Site Management
- Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies
- Ability to interpret and work from scopes, specifications, and drawings
- Proven experience in client management and stakeholder engagement
- Solid background in construction, remedial works, industrial, or infrastructure environments
Preferred Background
- Experience delivering remedial, marine, façade or industrial construction projects
- Strong practical construction knowledge and ability to lead teams on complex sites
Projects and Work Environment
- National remedial projects including marine, façade, and industrial works
- Travel required based on project needs
- Flexible home location, depending on where the successful candidate is sourced
