This is a unique leadership opportunity for a visionary administrator who is committed to the growth and success of a dual-track school. As École Broxton Park School continues to evolve its programming to meet the needs of a growing community, the successful candidate will provide essential leadership in:

Fostering a Bilingual Environment: Supporting and enhancing the French Immersion track through instructional leadership and community engagement.

K-9 Pedagogical Leadership: Navigating the unique developmental needs of students ranging from early years through the transition to high school.

  • Collaborative Culture: Strengthening the "Panther" spirit by supporting a dedicated staff and maintaining a safe, caring, and welcoming school climate.

Primary Responsibilities:

Providing leadership to teaching teams to support the development of engaging learning environments, including effective assessment practices that drive student growth.

Collaborating with staff, parents, and students to deliver quality programs responsive to the school community.
Supporting school routines and business procedures to ensure a safe, caring, and fiscally responsible environment.

  • Working as a member of the administrative team to maintain a positive school culture and a sense of community.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Education (completed or in-progress) and a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate. Certification (achieved, in progress, or willing to complete) is an asset.
    A commitment to supporting First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students and leading educational change for meaningful reconciliation.
    A track record of exemplary teaching and a commitment to a distributed decision-making model.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills.

Fluent in both English and French (written and oral) is a requirement for this site-specific role.
