About the role
A career as an Partnerships and Sponsorship Project Manager in the Sponsorship and Event Activation team at National Bank means that you will be a specialist in planning and operationalising high-impact event experiences. This position allows you to have a positive impact on our organisation thanks to your event coordination skills, project management experience and ability to collaborate with numerous internal and external partners.
Your job Coordinate the planning, organisation and logistics of corporate events in several business sectors. Ensure events related to our partnerships and sponsorships are held by working closely with internal and external partners and suppliers. Ensure compliance with visibility obligations set out in agreements and optimise the benefits of activations. Manage schedules, quality of deliverables and budgets for each project with rigour and transparency. Act as a resource person in the field to ensure execution in accordance with established standards. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enrich the event experience.
Your team The Vice-President – Voice of the Organization, Culture and Community is a team of approximately 45 specialists who work agile, proactive and collaborative to seize opportunities, stay on top of trends and continuously improve processes. You are part of a committed team of 10 colleagues in the Partnerships, sponsorships and Brand Activation team and report to the manager.
