- Organizational Design & Change: Design and lead regional change management initiatives. You will leverage HR metrics and data insights to inform strategy, guide decision-making, and measure the impact of HR programs.
- M&A Integration: Play an active, collaborative role in Mergers and Acquisitions, ensuring seamless HR integration and cultural alignment during transition periods.

- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous professional development.
What You Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including a mandatory background in large, complex, and highly unionized environments.

- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred) and the Google/Microsoft Office suites.
- Compliance Expert: Deep knowledge of Human Rights and Employment Standards, with the judgment to resolve complex matters independently.
- Education: CPHR/SHRM designation or an equivalent professional credential is preferred.
- Ability to travel to various regional sites (30-40%).
