Looking for MA or Honours level students to provide support to the CSECS (Canadian Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies) conference 2025. The conference will take place at the Atlas Hotel in Regina from October 15th to Oct. 18th.
Position Requirements
Tasks will include assisting with registration, making name tags, directing participants to conference events and panel sessions, assisting with hybrid sessions, preparing tote bags, selling and collecting tickets for the Wednesday night concert. Good communication skills and knowledge of French are an asset.
Physical Demands Pay Grade CUPE Phase 1 Salary Range $16.30 - $19.57 per hour Status Casual Work Hours
Wed, Oct. 15: 5:00-8:00pm
Thu, Oct. 16: 8:00-11:00am, 11:00-2:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm
Fri, Oct. 17: 8:00-11:00am, 11:00-2:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm
Sat, Oct. 18: 8:00-11:00am, 11:00-2:00pm, 2:00-5:00pm
