We’re looking for aRecruitment Specialistwho brings energy, ownership, and a strong sense of partnership to their work. In this role, you’ll support automotive clients by leading recruitment efforts, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and helping shape high-performing teams.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Recruitment Ownership

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for your assigned clients from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Conduct screening interviews (phone, virtual), schedule interviews with hiring managers, and guide hiring decisions.

Client Partnership

  • Work closely with dealership managers to understand hiring needs and timelines.
  • Act as a trusted partner, providing guidance and recommendations throughout the hiring process.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through responsiveness and results.

Candidate Experience

  • Deliver a professional, engaging experience for every candidate.
  • Coordinate interviews, complete due diligence checks, and prepare employment documentation.
  • Ensure smooth and seamless onboarding for new hires.

Execution & Drive

  • Manage multiple roles and priorities while staying organized and proactive.
  • Bring a results-driven mindset—you’re motivated to fill roles efficiently and effectively.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; you can juggle multiple priorities with ease.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.

This role is not for everyone. You’ll have strong team support, but you need to be a self-starter who thrives when the pace and demands ebb and flow with client needs.

  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and priorities

The environment is fast-moving and dynamic—but for someone who enjoys ownership and impact, it’s incredibly rewarding.

Working Model

This is a hybrid role in the GTA:

  • 3–4 days per week on-site with clients
  • 1–2 days working remotely

You’ll need access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license for client visits.
