About the role
As the eGRC’s IT Team Leader, Risk and eGRC Ecosystem, your role is to support the department manager by managing a team of 20 professionals (developers, analysts and trainers). You coordinate the activities, action plans and projects for eGRC solutions, and mainly the Archer centre of expertise. You’re assigned to the Risk Management Executive Division and you provide outstanding advisory services for this sector. You support employee development and drive engagement by creating a positive, motivating work environment. Your initiatives require extensive, in-depth knowledge of IT and the ability to coordinate multiple files simultaneously. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Identify, develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions.
- Help determine your unit’s service offer and oversee the implementation and execution of projects and activities.
- Meet targets on time and on budget and manage results, performance, quality and client/partner satisfaction.
- Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members.
- Help resolve complaints and dissatisfaction in accordance with the organization’s practices.
- Play a non-decision-making role in hiring, performance management, discipline, and skills development. Manage the budget.

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in team management, coordination or supervision
- Experience in an advisory role
- Project management experience
- Experience in delivering integrated IT solutions
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Knowledge of the risks sector
