Skills and Responsabilities
- Analyze non-conformities
- Conduct structured problem-solving processes (PPS)
- Participate in and prepare governance meetings
- Identify and resolve operational issues
- Facilitate group discussions and workshops
- Manage internal and external communications
- Support and lead project management activities
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, project management, or a related field
- Strong creativity with the ability to think innovatively
- High level of autonomy and motivation (with support from a departmental mentor)
- Excellent communication skills with an open and proactive mindset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
