Role Overview:
As Office Manager, you’ll optimize patient flow, manage office operations, and foster collaboration between the front desk and dental team. You’ll also oversee finances, manage budgets, and ensure a smooth patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of clinical or office management experience
- Proficiency in MS Office & dental practice management software (Tracker is a plus)
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in a clinic setting
- A customer-focused mindset
Schedule:
- 40-44 hours/week, Monday to Friday
