What You Will Accomplish With Us
As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your key responsibilities:
Build and maintain an integrated delivery vision across the ecosystem. Structure, maintain, and evolve the roadmap of initiatives. Ensure work is sequenced according to dependencies, capacity, and business value. Align priorities across various backlogs and delivery teams. Coordinate alignment between Product Owners and delivery teams. Identify cross-functional dependencies and issues, and propose mitigation strategies. Contribute to the structuring and evolution of planning and delivery practices. Support governance forums by providing a clear view of initiatives, challenges, and required trade-offs. Make recommendations and propose informed trade-offs in complex and ambiguous environments. Ensure clear and structured communication of progress and key issues. Collaborate closely with IT teams, architects, and business partners.
What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role
We are looking for someone who
Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or another relevant field. Has a minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a product coordination or multi-team delivery role. Is recognized for the ability to structure complex problems. Stands out for the ability to sequence large-scale work and prioritize in ambiguous environments. Demonstrates a strong understanding of Agile environments and IT delivery dynamics. Is recognized for sound business judgment, rigor, and analytical skills. Stands out for communication, synthesis, and influencing skills. Demonstrates strong adaptability in evolving and transformational environments. Has knowledge of the insurance or claims industry (an asset). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French.
