About the role

Are you a highly motivated and results driven account manager? As an account manager, which we call an associate seller success manager with the marketplace team at Best Buy, you will help sellers adapt to our platform services and regulations. You will be a trusted business advisor and provide amazing customer service.

The successful candidate is needed to be located within the Lower Mainland, BC, where we practice a remote first working model, leveraging in person interactions for strategic, collaborative, and social purposes.

Join our collaborative team as an associate seller success manager (account manager) with the marketplace team.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with the seller success managers to formulate engagement plans with sellers regarding promotional plans, inventory, advertising, and other business driving tactics
  • Provide analysis and reporting support to team for promotions planning
  • Coordinate merchandising and marketing initiatives, overseeing the marketing calendar
  • Ensure timely submission for internal timelines of weekly, seasonal, and major event opportunities
  • Perform seller performance audits on request
  • Find high opportunity sellers and work to grow them

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience within retail, sales, merchandising/buying experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates with experience in retail or eCommerce are highly preferred
  • Experience in reporting for sales and financials
  • Proficient in MS Excel

Annualized base pay range

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00This role has bonus components in addition to annualized base pay.

Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
