Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Residential Roofing Foreman to lead and manage on-site roofing crews for residential projects. The Foreman will oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, maintain high-quality workmanship, and coordinate effectively with project managers and clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, roofing expertise, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
Wage & Compensation
CAD $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.

- Company Vehicle / Company Truck: Provided for work‐site travel and hauling of tools and materials.
- Technology Provision: Company issued iPad (or tablet) for job documentation, communication, scheduling, reporting, etc.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead roofing crews on residential job sites
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to code
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes of work
- Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite logistics
- Perform quality control checks throughout the project
- Maintain daily job reports and communicate progress to management
- Enforce company safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Train and mentor crew members as needed
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in residential roofing
- Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Knowledge of roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat, etc.)
- Strong understanding of job site safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints and project plans
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
