About The Role
This is a hands-on assembly technician role working on industrial equipment within a manufacturing environment. You will assemble and install mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components that are critical to the performance and reliability of our machines.
This role is suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in build quality, and value seeing a finished product come together. Training is provided, but success in this role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
You will work closely within an experienced production team, where your work directly impacts product quality and overall manufacturing output.
What You'll Be Doing
Assemble mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components based on blueprints and work instructions Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to complete builds accurately Inspect parts and assemblies to meet ODRA quality standards Install and wire electrical components including control modules, sensors, and harnesses Hydraulic system assembly, installation, and testing. Perform basic troubleshooting and functional testing of assembled equipment Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards and specifications are met Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow standardized build processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
Mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools in a manufacturing or assembly environment Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings Comfort working with common hand tools and power tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Willingness to learn, take direction, and work in a team environment Reliable, consistent, and able to meet production expectations Ability to work independently and as part of a team Nice to Have: Experience with hydraulic systems or electrical wiring Forklift or overhead crane certification (training provided if required) Previous experience in equipment assembly, manufacturing, or industrial production
