Job Description Role : Group Account Director

As a senior member of the Account Management team, you will be leading a team to accomplish amazing client outcomes. Account management is at the centre of our business and you will get to work with folks from all other teams including sales and trading in a truly collaborative environment. Responsibilities This is a big job, with a lot going on, but the main things you’d be responsible for would be:
- Providing leadership to the account management team and the broader client pod, coaching modelling behaviours and taking an active role in the teams’ development
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key senior client stakeholders through becoming their trusted partner
- Growing accounts from small spenders and new business to key accounts; proactively uncover and identify business wide or media centric challenges, which can be addressed or solved with our suite of solutions
- Provide strategic direction, defining processes and setting up systems that best service client needs
- Determine appropriate service levels and monitor client satisfaction by establishing clear project scope, understanding the brief/solution requirements and managing key milestones to meet multiple deadlines
- Be a trusted advisor to stakeholders, senior clients and the team. We want you to gain deep knowledge of our clients and their challenges and proactively challenge what we do and how we do it to support them
- Last but not least, we want you to foster a culture of innovation within the team, encouraging new ideas and solutions that help us improve client experience
What Will Make You Successful In This Role
- This is a senior role for our team, and we are looking for someone who has led account management teams before and for a few years
- Having worked in digital media or ad tech space is going to be key in understanding our business quickly so that you can make an impact. If you have never heard of programmatic advertising, this is probably not the right role for you
- We move fast, and put our client needs first, so an ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads is very important for this role
- You’ll be leading a team, so being able to problem-solve and stay positive in the face of challenges will definitely help you succeed
