Position: Content Creator
Schedule: Flexible (Part-time & Full-time options available)
Location: Fully Remote
The Role
We’re hiring a Content Creator to join our growing internal marketing team at Globaltize. This role is focused on creating high-quality video content that helps grow our brand across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other social channels.
You will be responsible for filming both long-form and short-form content multiple times per week. Our in-house editing and media team will handle post-production, so your focus will be on planning, filming, coordinating with the editors, and posting content consistently.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable on camera, understands modern content and social media trends, and knows how to create engaging content that performs well across platforms. You should already have experience creating content and ideally have a professional filming setup, including a camera, lighting, and a clean filming environment.
What You’ll Do
- Create multiple pieces of long-form and short-form video content each week
- Film content independently using your own professional setup
- Coordinate closely with our in-house editing and media team
- Work with marketing to align content with brand messaging and growth goals
- Post content across the Globaltize accounts on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others
- Stay up to date with social media and content trends to improve performance
- Help ideate and plan new content formats, hooks, and angles
- Maintain a consistent content schedule and publishing cadence
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a content creator or on-camera personality
- Comfortable filming yourself and speaking confidently on camera
- Existing professional filming setup preferred (camera, lighting, clean background)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends
- Experience creating both short-form and long-form content
- Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and audience engagement
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working independently
- Startup mindset, creative, proactive, and growth-oriented
- Comfortable working with a remote team and coordinating async
