Within a multidisciplinary Agile team, the ML/AI Developer is responsible for the production deployment, maintenance, and operationalization of artificial intelligence models used in our cutting-edge 3D vision solutions. The role focuses on integrating models into hybrid environments (cloud and embedded devices), building robust pipelines, and automating the complete lifecycle of machine learning models.

As a MLOps Developer, you must be able to:

  • Contribute to the team’s DevOps practices, including continuous integration, continuous deployment, and the automation of environments and ML pipelines;
  • Manage the full lifecycle of machine learning models using DevOps tools and practices adapted to ML (versioning, packaging, deployment, monitoring);
  • Integrate models developed by the data science team into production environments (cloud and embedded);
  • Design, deploy, and maintain containerized inference pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes) and access APIs (FastAPI);
  • Implement automated retraining workflows, including data collection, annotation/labeling pipelines, and performance regression testing;
  • Ensure monitoring, reliability, and performance tracking of models in production;
  • Collaborate closely with software developers and data scientists within an Agile framework.

What makes you an asset to our team:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in MLOps, ML engineering, or AI-related software development;
  • Strong DevOps fundamentals, including CI/CD, automation, and containerized environment management;
  • Excellent proficiency in Python within a structured software development context;
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and operationalizing ML models;
  • Knowledge of APIs (FastAPI) and hybrid environments (cloud and embedded);
  • Ability to debug, optimize, and ensure the quality of ML pipelines;
  • Strong collaboration skills, technical rigor, and an analytical mindset;
  • Knowledge of C++ (interoperability) is an asset;
  • Experience with GPU/CPU optimization or deployment on embedded platforms is an asset;
  • Familiarity with ML-specific monitoring tools is an asset;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
