We’re currently seeking a Labourer Level 3 to join our construction team in Nanaimo, BC. In this role, you’ll support site operations by assisting trades, preparing work areas, and ensuring materials and equipment are efficiently moved throughout the job site.

What You’ll Do
- Transport and organize materials across the job site
- Keep the site safe, clean, and organized by removing debris and maintaining clear walkways
- Set up and dismantle temporary structures such as fences, ramps, and barricades
- Prepare work areas for subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow
- Assist trades with specialized tasks to help keep schedules on track
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a construction labourer
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the day
- Confident and safe use of construction power tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and consistently dependable
