Position Overview
We’re hiring! Are you an engineer who wants to make a real impact on the safety and reliability of BC’s energy systems? Join FortisBC and help us keep critical infrastructure strong while shaping a sustainable energy future.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to analyze and document technical decisions that support business needs. You’ll manage Scopes of Work and technical memos for integrity programs, ensure alignment with procurement and risk management, and maintain centralized documentation systems for compliance and traceability. You’ll also validate pipeline information and coordinate key integrity processes, including dig lists, restricted operating pressures (ROPs), and engineering assessments.

In year 1, you will:
- Expand knowledge of engineering principles and integrity management for transmission pipelines.
- Gain experience with centralized data systems and improve analysis/documentation.
- Build collaboration skills and understanding of regulatory frameworks.
In year 2, you will:
- Develop expertise and independence to meet Senior Integrity Engineer expectations.
What it takes:
