The Delivery Specialist will be the subject matter expert for all customers looking to purchase a vehicle at Marino's Fine Car Subaru. You will ensure that customers receive a thorough and personalized vehicle handover experience. They explain the features, functions, and technology of the car, ensuring the customer feels confident and satisfied with their purchase before leaving the dealership.
Job Duties:

Conduct detailed vehicle walk-throughs with customers, explaining key features and technologies.

Coordinate vehicle delivery schedules with sales and service teams to ensure timely customer handover.
-
Assist customers with initial setup, including pairing phones, setting up navigation, and customizing vehicle settings.
-
Provide post-delivery support, answering customer questions and troubleshooting issues.
-
Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently before delivery.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, features, and updates.
-
Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
-
Work with clients to understand their needs.
-
Respond to client concerns and questions.
-
Develop and maintains a full knowledge of all products, available services, pricing and key features.

Build strong relationships with clients.
-
Ensure that every vehicle delivery is special for each and every client.

Additional duties as assigned.
Successful Candidates Possess:
-
1-3 Years in a customer facing role.
-
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
-
Experience in luxury vehicle sales or the sale of other luxury products/services.
-
Professional demeanor and appearance.
-
Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
-
Excellent listening skills.
-
Strong negotiating skills.
-
Self-motivated with excellent work ethic.
-
Ability to problem solve and high attention to detail.
-
Loves a fast paced environment.
-
Computer skills and understanding of technology.
-
Experience with PBS software considered an asset.
