About the Role
The eDiscovery Case Manager will be responsible for working directly with clients and Project Management to design, architect and implement robust discovery solutions on matters that drive efficiency, competitive advantage and client satisfaction. This person is extremely knowledgeable in litigation support services, processes and technology, and provides exceptional client service to key customers. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with proven technical expertise, and out-of-the-box thinking ability to design new solutions where required to solve problems. This role will work closely with clients and other internal departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and strategy on workflows, review protocols, and production specifications.
- Set up workspaces in Relativity including fields, layouts, views and security configurations.
- Ingestion of structured and unstructured data.
- Culling of data using various options including search term reports, analytics results and metadata filtering
- Work closely with clients on the workflow for productions from definition and implementation of production protocols to execution and export.
- Setup and support document reviews by clients or Array review team utilizing AI tools where applicable.
- Analyze incoming productions. Perform load file adjustments and data conversion as needed to prepare ingestion into hosted platform
- Work with clients on data migration from other platforms to Relativity
- Document custom workflows and solutions supporting strong collaboration between team members.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements around data handling, privacy, and security.
- Maintain detailed case documentation and reporting for status updates, billing, and quality assurance.
- Stay current with industry tools, and best practices to advise clients and teams effectively.
- Perform client orientation and onboarding of new users.
- Support sales with technical expertise and product demos.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or case management and managing workspaces in Relativity.
- Strong client relationship management, strategic thinking and problem solving
- Relativity Certified Administrator, or equivalent skills required.
- Technical Fluency in eDiscovery Platforms such as; Reveal, Disco, CasePoint, IPro is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with structured and unstructured data types, cloud collaboration platforms (e.g., O365, Slack).
- Good knowledge of regular expressions, scripting and SQL skills.
- Ability to advise on data formats, metadata preservation, keyword strategies, de-duplication, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
- Agile team player able to contribute to a collaborative and productive environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client requests and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible schedule to be able to meet client needs.
