ABOUT THE ROLE

Effectively interact with technicians and other relevant departments to ensure the smooth flow of operations within the dealership.
-
Prepare accurate Repair Order (RO) ensuring all important information such as customer details, vehicle identification, service requirements, costs, and repair time are properly recorded.

Provide accurate estimates for repair and maintenance services including costs and completion time.
-
Process and maintain accurate documentation of invoices, service appointments, repair orders, warranty claims, and customer service agreements.

Coordinate with relevant departments to execute repairs and other maintenance tasks, as well as to ensure availability of needed inventory for automotive service work.

Coordinate with third-party vendors for sourcing parts, scheduling services, and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles/parts/materials.

Collaborate with customer facing service advisors to address customer needs, issues, and inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Ensure that the work assigned are adhering to policies on vehicle care and maintaining to the dealership standards.

Ensure regular updates are made to relevant advisors/managers) about service priorities, repair progress, and scheduling changes.
ABOUT YOU
- Must have a minimum of 2 years Internal Service Advising experience in a dealership environment.
- The right candidate will possess clear written and oral communication and a focus on excellent customer service. Must be able to interpret customers’ descriptions of their vehicle problems and translate into clear instructions for the technicians.
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Good understanding of the brand, maintenance and aftermarket warranty requirements.
- Must be technical proficient in preparing accurate Repair Order's (RO) and maintenance estimate.
- Must be computer literate with an ability to use a variety of programs and be a fast learner.
- You have a growth mindset and are continuously innovating and developing your skills.
