As a Production Administrator, you will provide essential support to the Contents and Emergency team by managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
The Technical Side Of What You’ll Do
- Complete employee timecards daily for both the Contents and Emergency departments
- Maintain and upload supply sheets daily for the Contents department
- Provide backup support for the Emergency department for scheduling and dispatching and resolving problems
- Reconcile temporary labour invoices to timesheets and review invoice discrepancies
- Provide backup support to the Contents Administrator
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, or in a similar role preferably within the restoration or construction industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
