ROLE SUMMARY: Oversee daily ticketing, ad hoc requests, and stakeholder management related to business master data to ensure timely and accurate execution according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Supervise an off-site team of master data analysts, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to achieve operational objectives.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison between the company and the master data execution team, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely service. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define and align master data requirements.
- Be responsible for Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) setup and maintenance, providing guidance and support to stakeholders. Ensure adherence to processes and guidelines.
- Manage and maintain accurate vendor, customer, SKU, and financial data within the master data management system. Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and consistency across systems.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track master data process efficiency and compliance.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years business experience in Operations, Master Data, AR/AP, Revenue Management, or Accounting.
- Advanced Excel, Advanced PowerBI / Data analytics, SAP
