slide decks Wha t You Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MB A preferred.5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, M&A, or a high-growth startup environment.Proven track record of sourcing and executing M&A deals - you are a hunter, not just a researcher.Strong financial acumen, with expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring.Relentless drive and self-starter mentality - you don’t wait for deals to come to you, you go after them.Exceptional negotiation and deal-closing skills, with experience leading due diligence and lega l processes.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where adaptability and execution speed a re critical.Experience working directly with executive leadership or founders.Preferred: Knowledge of the medical or healthcare industry and experience working with regulatory and legal considerations in
