We're looking for a rockstar recruiter to own recruitment across Western Canada. If you thrive on building relationships, filling tough roles, traveling to meet operations teams, and finding great people where others can't, this role is for you.
This isn't a desk recruiter role. This is a true talent partner position where you'll have the freedom to build pipelines, create recruitment strategies, and make a real impact on the growth of our business.
What You'll Be Doing You'll be the go-to recruitment expert for Western Canada, partnering with leaders across operations and corporate teams to attract and hire top talent.
Your day-to-day will include: Owning the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance. Recruiting for a variety of roles, including operations, trades, transportation, skilled labour, and salaried positions. Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and becoming a trusted advisor. Developing creative sourcing strategies to tackle hard-to-fill positions. Building talent pipelines through community partnerships, trade schools, networking events, and referrals. Leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other sourcing channels to find top talent. Attending career fairs and industry events throughout Western Canada. Creating an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding. Using recruitment data and metrics to continuously improve processes and hiring outcomes. Helping us think differently about talent acquisition and bringing new ideas to the table.
We're Looking For Someone Who: Loves recruiting and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. Can juggle multiple requisitions without breaking a sweat. Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Knows how to fill challenging roles and isn't afraid to get creative. Builds relationships quickly and becomes a trusted business partner. Is self-motivated, organized, and thrives with autonomy. Enjoys occasional travel and being in the field.
What You'll Bring 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably supporting field, trades, transportation, or industrial roles. Experience recruiting across multiple provinces or geographically diverse regions. Strong sourcing skills and a proven ability to build talent pipelines. Experience partnering with leaders and influencing hiring decisions. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ATS platforms, and social recruiting. Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or equivalent experience.
