Condominium Insurance Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and will thrive in a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and handling the unique complexities associated with condominium corporation insurance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

Manage a portfolio of condominium corporation insurance accounts from renewal through policy issuance. Prepare and manage renewals, policy amendments, endorsements, certificates, and related documentation. Analyze insurance coverages and identify gaps or areas requiring attention. Review insurer quotations and policy wordings for accuracy and completeness. Negotiate with insurance carriers to obtain competitive terms and coverage. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and property managers Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with brokerage standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate client records within the brokerage management system. Coordinate and prioritize multiple deadlines, particularly during renewal season. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when appropriate. Encourage collaborative, positive, and supportive team-oriented attitudes.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

Minimum 10+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably with condominium corporation insurance.

RIBO Licensed

CIP designation or working toward completion is considered an asset. Strong understanding of commercial policies including Directors & Officers, Terrorism, Cyber, etc. Experience working with multiple insurance markets and carriers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. Comfortable learning and working within brokerage management systems and portals.
