We are growing rapidly and seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial Go**‑To**‑Market Manager to help shape the next phase of our expansion.*
About the Role:
The Go‑To‑Market Manager drives PMAI’s growth by leading commercialization, market launches, and strategic partnerships. This role develops and executes GTM strategies that expand reach, elevate brand positioning, and deliver measurable business results. Experience in medical aesthetics is a strong asset, helping translate industry insights into high‑value offerings and collaborations. The ideal candidate brings entrepreneurial energy, strong commercial instincts, and a proven record of launching and scaling programs or products.

The successful applicant will:
- Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new courses, programs, and services.
- Identify, secure, and manage partnerships with distributors, clinics, physicians, and training bodies.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure profitability.
- Explore new revenue streams, collaborations, and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with course development and administration teams to align content with commercialization strategy.
- Contribute to brand positioning and messaging across platforms and communications.
- Ensure content meets industry standards and reflects PMAI’s reputation for excellence.
- Partner with marketing teams to create campaigns that drive enrollment and partner engagement.
- Serve as the primary liaison with industry partners, fostering long‑term, high‑value relationships.
- Represent PMAI at conferences, events, and industry gatherings to increase visibility and influence.
- Support recruitment of faculty, guest speakers, and program collaborators.
- Work with trainers and subject matter experts to support program design and delivery.
- Ensure educational offerings align with market needs, best practices, and brand standards.
- Provide input on student and partner feedback to enhance program quality.
We are seeking a candidate with the following experience and attributes:
- Degree or diploma in Business, Aesthetics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in the medical aesthetics industry (3–5 years) considered a strong asset.
- 3+ years building and managing strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, vendors, or associations.
- 3–5 years in go to market strategy, commercialization, or business development (education, training, or professional services preferred).
- 3+ years leading end to end product or program launches, including planning, budgeting, and profitability tracking.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong financial acumen with experience building and analyzing business cases.
- Ability to prioritize across multiple initiatives and competing demands.
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics; able to drive results on a limited budget.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align business goals with industry trends.
- Collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external partners.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities and creative solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership that builds trust and credibility with students, partners, and colleagues.
