We’re looking for a Shop Foreman who leads by example and empowers our technicians to thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day operations in the service department
• Provide hands-on support with diagnostics and complex repairs
• Coach and guide technicians toward consistent performance
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Parts teams

What You Bring

• Red Seal certification and extensive hands-on experience
• Natural leadership and mentoring skills
• Advanced diagnostic capabilities and problem-solving finesse
• A strong focus on safety, teamwork, and top-tier service
