About The Solar Lab The Solar Lab is one of the fastest-growing solar + energy storage YouTube channels and media brands. We help everyday people confidently go solar by providing honest product reviews, educational content, and by offering exclusive deals from brands we trust. Our content reaches millions of viewers every month, and now we’re looking to add another creative force to our team.
What You'll Do Manage and execute The Solar Lab's email marketing strategy, including newsletters, campaigns, automations, list growth, deliverability, engagement, and subscriber retention. Manage and execute media buying on Meta and Google to drive qualified leads, email subscribers, and revenue. Create, test, and improve ad creative, landing pages, offers, funnels, and conversion paths to maximize marketing performance. Build and optimize website assets including landing pages, lead magnets, quizzes, calculators, comparison tools, and other growth-focused experiences. Increase affiliate revenue by optimizing calls-to-action, affiliate links, discount codes, user journeys, tracking, and attribution across our website, email, YouTube, and social channels. Analyze performance data, build reports and dashboards, and provide actionable insights on audience growth, campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue. Work closely with the founders and content team to identify and execute new growth opportunities that expand The Solar Lab's audience, impact, and business results.
What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, email marketing, or a related digital marketing role. Proven experience building and managing email marketing programs, including newsletters, automations, segmentation, list growth, deliverability, and engagement. Hands-on experience running and optimizing Meta and Google Ads campaigns with a strong understanding of audience targeting, creative testing, and performance metrics. Experience building and optimizing landing pages, lead magnets, marketing funnels, and conversion-focused user journeys. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build reports, and make decisions based on performance metrics and ROI. Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable owning projects from strategy through execution in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a builder's mindset. Experience with YouTube. Klaviyo, Webflow, affiliate marketing, media businesses, or an interest in solar is considered an asset.
