Position Description As Product Manager for Milwaukee’s Safety business, you will implement the strategy and execution for your category, taking ownership of product lifecycle management, pricing, forecasting, new product launches, and go-to-market alignment.

You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, operations, brand, and product development teams in both Canada and the US to ensure alignment, visibility, and impact in the market. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, and a bias for action across both high-level planning and day-to-day execution.

What You Will Do Strategic Ownership & Category Leadership

  • Act as the face of your product category to internal (Canada and US teams) and external (distributor partners, end-users) stakeholders.
  • Execute national sales strategies, new product introductions, and lifecycle management.

Cross-Functional Product Execution

  • Marketing & Communications
  • Create and deliver compelling new product launch decks and end-user-facing content.
  • Coordinate prototype seeding strategies and communicate launches to internal and external partners.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitive product activity and leverage insights to position and differentiate Milwaukee’s offering.

Who You Are

  • Communicate extremely well with customers, end users, cross functional teams and your manager.

  • Execute sales pitches to our biggest distributor partners (priority planning meetings & PLR’s)

  • Set all everyday pricing for your category.

  • Be the face of your category to the US Product Managers.

  • Be the face of your category to our distributor partners. (Example: Virtual Quarterly New Product Showcase, Cross Country New Product Tour)

  • Plan and execute consistently across all the many executions you’ll take on.

  • Programming

  • Pricing

  • Forecasting

  • New product launches

  • Work continuously on improving your presentation skills.

What You Will Bring

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 - 5 years sales or marketing experience preferably within the power tool industry.
  • Must be proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must possess effective business communication skills, broad business perspective, and market savvy.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license and passport.
  • Ability to travel significantly and consistently.
