What You Will Learn
- Strengthen your sense of initiative by actively contributing to large-scale projects.
- Develop organizational, analytical, and non-hierarchical influence skills.
- Master essential project management tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
- Organize and lead multidisciplinary meetings, collaborating with experts from various fields.
Your Contributions to the Team You will actively participate in strategic projects related to the launch and evolution of our business aircraft: Global 5500, 6500, 7500, 8000, and Challenger 650 & 3500. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to the management of multiple projects in response to customer customization requests, by analyzing potential impacts on costs and timelines.
- Harmonizing action plans and ensuring smooth implementation of changes on the production line.
- Preparing and leading meetings with cross-functional teams, presenting performance indicators to stakeholders and executives.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing tools and processes by integrating your ideas and expertise.
How To Thrive In The Role
- You are currently completing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or project management.
- You have natural leadership skills and strong team integration skills.
- You are eager to learn, take on new challenges, and step out of your comfort zone.
- You are proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, etc.).
- You have strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills in a business context.
- You are autonomous, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- You master French, both spoken and written.
- You have functional knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
- Knowledge of VBA (and other programming languages) and advanced Office tools is considered an asset.

- Duration: 12 months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
