Maîtrisant l'anglais et le français, vous traiterez les demandes, résoudrez les problèmes et contribuerez à un parcours client positif!
RESPONSABILITÉS
Interaction avec le client : Engagez-vous avec les clients par téléphone, e-mail et chat pour fournir des informations sur les produits et résoudre les problèmes. Support bilingue : Communiquez couramment en anglais et en français, répondant ainsi à notre clientèle diversifiée. Traitement des commandes : Assistez à la passation des commandes, creations aux modifications et aux annulations, assurant des transactions sans heurts direct au consommateur et en gros. Résolution de problèmes : Adressez-vous aux préoccupations des clients, garantissant des résolutions rapides et positives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (oral et écrit) Expérience antérieure dans le service clientèle, de préférence dans une industrie similaire Capacité à travailler de manière autonome Expérience de travail avec les programmes Microsoft Office Expérience de travail avec les ordinateurs

RESPONSIBILITIES

Order Processing: Assist with direct to consumer and wholesale order placement, creation, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring seamless transactions. Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, ensuring prompt and positive resolutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluency in English and French (oral and written) Previous customer service experience in a similar industry Ability to work autonomously Experience working with Microsoft Office programs Experience working with computers
