VP, Fund Accounting – Hedge Funds Toronto, ON, Canada $115-155K
Overview Our client a leading global financial services firm is hiring a VP to join its Hedge Fund Accounting team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality fund administration services while leading teams and managing key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and oversee Managers and Supervisors Ensure accurate, timely delivery of all client reporting Act as a primary contact for clients, auditors, and fund stakeholders Manage team performance, staffing, and productivity targets Support client onboarding, business development, and presentations Drive process improvements and lead strategic initiatives
Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional designation preferred 6–7 years of financial services experience, including hedge fund accounting 2+ years of team leadership experience Strong client management, communication, and analytical skills Proven ability to manage operations and drive results
