Our Sales Administrator has an eye for detail and a passion for ensuring accurate and efficient sales cycles. They play a crucial role in supporting our sales, logistics, and credit departments, ensuring that our export sales documentation is processed accurately and timely. We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our head office located in Vernon, British Columbia. Our head office houses Tolko’s corporate services groups including Sales, Marketing & Logistics, Finance, Accounting & Credit, IT, Procurement, and Human Resources.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in a related field.

  • Post-secondary education in a related field preferred.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and frequent changes in priority and direction.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy is crucial to this role.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes in process.

  • Strong computer skills are required.

In this role, you will:

  • Monitor electronic invoicing processes and complete revisions or corrections as required to ensure timely and accurate billing.

  • Process invoice updates, corrections, and revisions to support accurate customer billing.

  • Manage updates to export permits and documentation required by customs brokers and Canada Customs.

  • Act as the primary contact for our border broker, ensuring clear communication and timely document exchange.

  • Update and maintain delivery addresses within internal systems.

  • Work closely with IT, Credit, Sales teams, and mill operations to resolve issues, and maintain accurate data across systems.

  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date documentation, including process guides and training materials.

  • Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.

  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to support the team and business operations.
