Our client, a well-established full-service law firm in Vancouver, is looking to add a Corporate Services Legal Assistant / Junior Paralegal to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collegial and supportive environment where you can continue to build your corporate law skillset and gain hands-on experience with sophisticated work.
Key Responsibilities
Support a broad range of corporate commercial matters, including entity maintenance and reorganizations Manage corporate records and file systems, including maintaining physical record books and organized filing structures Oversee Registered & Records (R&R) matters, including annual reports, director/officer changes, and company registrations Assist with internal corporate reorganizations, working closely with accountants on structuring and implementation Contribute to a high-volume corporate practice with exposure to meaningful, hands-on work Candidate Profile 1–2 years of experience as a Corporate Paralegal, or 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Legal Assistant with relevant exposure Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing corporate records Experience with corporate filings, record books, and entity maintenance
