Role: Head of IT Solutions & Technology Delivery

Overview
The Head of IT Solutions & Technology Delivery is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing a forward-looking IT vision. This role ensures that technology capabilities enable rapid innovation, remove barriers for engineering teams, and align with evolving industry trends in hardware and software design environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the IT strategy aligned with business and R&D objectives.
- Establish scalable frameworks that enable faster engineering execution and reduce development friction.
- Anticipate industry shifts in product engineering, design center operations, and enterprise IT.
- Lead IT solutions and delivery across hardware and software development environments.
- Partner with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders to align IT investments with strategic priorities.
- Oversee IT operating model design for R&D and product engineering organizations.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering productivity, collaboration tools, and infrastructure.
- Ensure high-quality IT service delivery, governance, and operational excellence.
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing IT leadership team.
Key Qualifications

15+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally in R&D or product engineering environments.

Proven experience designing IT organizations supporting hardware/software development.

Strong understanding of design center operations and engineering ecosystems.

Demonstrated success managing executive and C-suite stakeholders.

Expertise in enterprise IT architecture, delivery models, and transformation programs.

Strong strategic thinking with execution focus.
