About the role
Custodian On-Call We acknowledge with respect and gratitude the unceded lands and waters - the Temíx̱w of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw and the Swiya of the shíshálh Nation, where we learn, collaborate, and journey together. Come join our Custodial On-Call list! On-call Custodians fill short-term, temporary positions for both day and afternoon shifts. A Grade 12 education is required and successful applicants will have completed a Building Service Worker course or the equivalent in experience and/or coursework. Applicants must be able to perform physical tasks such as vacuuming, scrubbing, and the moving of furniture and equipment to facilitate cleaning.
Successful applicants who do not have a Building Service Worker’s certificate must attend and complete the training (date to be determined) which will be made available by the District.
