Indigo Park Canada is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Team Leader with a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle to lead our parking patrolling operations across multiple sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys motivating teams, and takes pride in ensuring smooth operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- Fluency in English and and French
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities
- Ability to motivate and engage team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee team members in daily parking patrolling activities
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support operations
- Establish, monitor, and track team goals to ensure operational success
- Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing feedback to team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback
- Address and resolve team conflicts or operational issues
- Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Management to achieve organizational objectives
