Indigo Park Canada is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Team Leader with a valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle to lead our parking patrolling operations across multiple sites. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys motivating teams, and takes pride in ensuring smooth operations while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor
  • Fluency in English and and French
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to motivate and engage team members
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee team members in daily parking patrolling activities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support operations
  • Establish, monitor, and track team goals to ensure operational success
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing feedback to team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback
  • Address and resolve team conflicts or operational issues
  • Collaborate with other Team Leaders and Management to achieve organizational objectives
