As the Specialist, Solutions & Growth, you will be responsible for driving initiatives that expand market presence, accelerate customer acquisition, and strengthen solution positioning. This role blends demand generation expertise with strategic growth activities, executing integrated campaigns, optimizing lead management processes, and aligning closely with sales to convert opportunities into revenue. The Specialist will use data-driven insights to identify high-impact growth levers, ensuring that solutions are effectively promoted to target audiences and that the pipeline supports business objectives.
You will:
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to promote solutions and drive qualified pipeline growth.
- Manage lead flow, scoring models, and nurture programs to accelerate conversion rates.
- Track and analyze KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness, market engagement, and revenue impact.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align on target accounts, ABM strategies, and solution-focused messaging.
- Leverage market insights to refine targeting, positioning, and growth strategies.
- Support go-to-market initiatives for new solutions, including messaging, digital assets, and promotional activities.
- Work daily in platforms such as Hubspot, Salesloft, and other marketing / sales technology tools.
Your background:
- Ideally 2–4 years of B2B marketing or growth-focused experience.
- Proficiency with marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo etc.) and CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, ABM, and demand generation tactics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
- Collaborative, execution-driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally between marketing, sales, and product teams.
