About the role
We are looking for an organized, resourceful, and proactive Creative Project Manager to support our large clients’ in-house design team. If you love keeping creative projects on track, coordinating with designers and stakeholders, and running smooth workflows, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do You’ll manage the full lifecycle of creative projects—from intake to final delivery—across channels like:
- Email (high volume; bilingual EN/FR)
- Promo content
- In-store signage
- Digital ads
- Storytelling emails
Your Responsibilities Include
- Reviewing briefs and flagging missing information
- Creating project timelines and workback schedules
- Assigning work to designers and tracking deadlines
- Running 2–3 rounds of proofs and coordinating approvals
- Communicating clearly with stakeholders, creative teams, translators, and compliance
- Ensuring creative meets requirements and brand standards
- Participating in daily standups with the creative team
- Helping refine processes and identify workflow improvements
Who You Are
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
- Confident in asking questions, pushing back, and holding boundaries
- A strong communicator who builds easy relationships
- A proactive problem-solver who doesn’t need constant direction
- Adaptable, positive, and comfortable with repetitive tasks
What You Bring
- 3+ years in creative project management, traffic coordination, or agency account coordination
- Experience managing digital and print creative deliverables
- Ability to manage structured workflows independently
- Familiarity with PM tools (Wrike, Workfront, Monday, Asana, etc.)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
Tools You’ll Use
- Wrike (primary PM system)
- Adobe Workfront (transitioning soon)
- Airtable (brief intake)
- Microsoft Office
