We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to grow our team and ensure that Dias is a great place to work.

Position Overview

  • As a Fleet and Maintenance Coordinator you will be supporting our Mechanical and Field Operations. This role is responsible to maintain and oversee the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) system, Geotab, creating and tracking work orders in EZOfficeInventory, ordering parts for mechanics, and maintaining an accurate and up-to-date parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and oversee the Electronic Logging Device (ELD) system, Geotab, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records for all fleet vehicles.
  • Ensure all fleet operations comply with local, provincial, and federal regulations, including safety standards and environmental guidelines.
  • Generate and distribute reports on vehicle maintenance needs, driver behavior, fuel usage, fleet expense analysis and trip reports.
  • Troubleshoot Geotab device issues and coordinate with support as needed.
  • Ensure that vehicles are properly insured and plates are renewed on time.
  • Create and assign work orders for vehicle and equipment maintenance.
  • Track progress and ensure timely completion of service tasks.
  • Maintain detailed records of service history and asset status
  • Assist in scheduling preventative maintenance and inspections.
  • Source and order parts and supplies required for mechanical repairs
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels to support ongoing operations.
  • Receive, label and organize incoming parts and supplies.
  • Update inventory records in EZOfficeInventory to reflect real-time stock levels
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Inventory and ELD software preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical parts and maintenance workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
