Exposure to Twilio IVR and Insights reporting
Skills needed –
- Seasoned Product Owner with 10+ years of experience as Technical PO
- Must have skills – oDB knowledge with hands on SQL skills to handle complex needs oFamiliar with end-to-end Contact Center reporting oInterpersonal skills with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders oAbility to convert complex business needs into User Stories with clearly articulated acceptance criteria skills – Familiar with Twilio Insights with product background Familiar with healthcare compliance needs for reporting
